Mouse sensitivity slider not working

Post by MonstrousOgre » Sun Apr 15, 2018 11:13 am

So I'm using Cinnamon version 3.6.7 and my mouse sensitivity is really low. Moving the sensitivity slider is making no difference whatsoever, even though the acceleration slider seems to be working.

I'm currently using Arch Linux but had this problem even when I was using Linux Mint. This also seems to be happening only with Cinnamon and not with KDE or Gnome. The mouse also works fine on the login screen or on Windows.

I've had this problem for months now and have looked up many forums including this one, but haven't found a working solution.
