Cannot pair Bluetooth Headphones (Using Blueman)

Hello! Thank's for your help!
I'm completely new to Linux Mint. Just dual-booted it alongside Windows 10 on my laptop this morning. Learning more and more as the day goes on.
My problem is that I cannot pair my Bluetooth headphones. The headphones pair when I use Windows 10 on the same laptop.
After googling the problem I tried using Blueman instead of Blueberry. Using Blueman, I see that my bluetooth device is recognized. However, after selecting the device I cannot get it to pair.
I'll be watching this thread and can provide any info to help you help me ASAP! Thanks again!

Additional information:
Certain bluetooth devices do connect to Blueman (one bluetooth speaker connects, however my headphones do not).

It would help to know more about your system setup. If you run "inxi -Fxzd" and "lsusb" from the console terminal prompt, highlight the results, copy and paste them back here, that should provide enough information.

Need the complete results of the "inxi -Fxzd" run as a regular user not with "sudo" which is totally safe to do; you can leave out the very first result of host name if you are concerned about that for some reason, but still need everything else including kernel info etc...

I attempted to backup my files as the first steps say to do. However, after entering the backup directories the terminal responds saying no such directory was found. Sadly, I don't know how to go about finding the files this guide is telling me to backup, and don't want going on and attempting the rest of the guide without those backups.

the problem your guide says it is attempting to fix is:
– Bluetooth speakers using A2DP only work fine.
– Bluetooth headsets using HSP/A2DP do not. An exception to this might be headsets without HSP profile functionality.
this seems to make sense with my situation.

Much better with the console terminal results. I do not see anything wrong with the results of the "inxi -Fxzd" console terminal command, so that is a good thing.
What is the make and model of the Bluetooth Headset?
I am using KDE (18.3 and 17.3), but I have a bootable copy of Cinnamon 18.3 and I did not have any problems connecting to my ancient Bluetooth v1.x headset, or other Bluetooth devices, using their new Blueberry Bluetooth manager, except that I ocassionally had to click connect twice?
In my KDE system with this older Bluetooth v1.x headset, I have to put it into pairing mode almost everytime I want to connect it, enter in the "0000" code, even though it already shows a profile for it. If I have the Bluetooth headset off until after I am in my Linux Mint system, then turn it on, that seems to help? Then, it works as expected except the headset's internal battery life is not very long anymore. Also in order to use its microphone I have to use the HSP/HFP profile where the sound is not very good, yet if I use the A2DP profile the sound is pretty darn good but no mic; newer Bluetooth headsets have better sound on either profile options.
