Firefox 61

Hi
I have installed linux mint 19 looking good.
Firefox 61 has some critical fixes.
How can i install in Linux mint.

Firefox 61 is being packaged for Linux Mint. It will arrive as an update in Update Manager once it's ready for Linux Mint. That should be shortly.

The Ubuntu team seems to be dragging their feet on this one, usually it's much faster.
Tune up your LM 19.x: ppa:gm10/linuxmint-tools

It can be a difficult balance between security and stability, no Distro gets it 100% right (IMO). A couple of the Distros I use updated to 61 a few days (also, Chromium to 67+), but not all.

Have a look here to see that Ubuntu and Mint are by no means the worst of the bunch

Sure, I don't know what the reason for the delay is, it may be a good one. I mainly wanted to point out that we're currently waiting on Ubuntu to provide their update because the Mint version is basically just a re-branded version of theirs, not one built from the original sources.
