You can reformat the 320gb drive using the Live CD. Use the partition editor.

That is, if you have no important files in the drive.

Linux Mint is what I use to delete viruses in my windows partition...

You can use GparteD Live.

That's what I always use. It's a Live CD

jeez, maybe the problem isn't Mint..

Maybe it's your Windows Vista.

I'm not really sure now about your problem.

I think its the MBR(Master Boot Record), I think it got erased

You mean you cannot boot?
You cannot access Vista?
