<SOLVED> Can I still use kernel 3.19.8?

Did you install the latest microcode for your CPU? That might give extra protection against Spectre/Meltdown. It should be installable by means of Driver Manager.

I'm not sure if it's the latest, but I have activated the intel-microcode version 3.20180425.1~ubuntu0.16.04.2 and my system is up to date.

Perfect thank you very much man.. and everyone who gave me advices, if I have some other issues I think it would be for a different post.
I think this have to be marked as solved, I'm kind of new here how can I do that?
