latest update warning

attempting to activate the latest recommended update manager
level 5 linux 3.13.0 156-206

I get a warning telling me this is not authenticate and may damage the system

I do occasionally get these and torn between installing anyway and heeding warning but not then installing what appears to be an important warning. please help

It doubt it will let you install that even if you try. To fix the problem clicking the Refresh button in Update Manager may be enough. If that does not help then your mirror is in the middle of an update, just wait a little or switch to another mirror that updates itself faster.
