Mint19 Dual Desktop Cinnamon and Mate(Cannot change Theme->Window Border under Mate)

I have Mint19 Dual Desktop Cinnamon and Mate (Mate install from synaptic Package Manager after OS installation)

When I login to Mate and try to change the theme, theme will change except Window Border. If I click on Theme->window border, no matter what border I select, it won't change.

These are the kinds of undefined behaviours to expect when you install one DE then another alongside it. You've created a Frankendesktop so it's reasonable to expect it to behave like one.
