I dont know how but my sound and language icons from the taskbar have been deleted and i really need them for school so if u can help i will be very happy

We need to know which desktop environment - Cinnamon, XFCE, MATE, or KDE.

Which desktop environment? Is it Cinnamon?
If so, you probably removed the applet named 'system tray' from your panel ( = what you are calling a task bar).
Rightclick on an empty place on the panel, choose 'Add applets to the panel', and a window should come up where you can see which applets you have, and have available. Re-add the applet from there.

i opened the system tray and there was nothing for the sound or the lauguage

Then you may not be using Cinnamon.
Linux Mint comes in different 'flavours' and they are not the same with regards to the interface, so we need to know what you are using. Please type 'system info' into the search box on your menu to open System Info (or open it from the menu) so you can tell us what you are using. This will be relevant for pretty much any question you ask here.

Right click on your panel / taskbar. There should be an add item or similar option. I think in Mate the applet that holds the sound icon is the indicator applet.

What do you mean when you say 'it has nothing'?

Right click on a blank area of panel and choose the option to reset your panel - you'll lose any other customisation to the panel you've made.

when i am right clicking it has the options:
1.about the panel
2.help
3.new panel
4.add to panel...

I have a feeling you aren't able to follow text based instruction, try watching this small video, should be similar if you're using MATE desktop environment.

you are right i am not so good i have so many things that i have no idea how to do them

i saw that video
i know how to get to that page already so it wasnt as helpfull as i thought and i still cant found something there for sound
i found something for language but it is still more complicated than the previous

You need to add one of the indicator applets - they provide the sound icon in Mate. The correct one was highlighted briefly in that video.
