Hashed Password Storage

Post by avi_fcb »

Hello Guys,

I looked for various sources on the internet regarding where the password is stored in my linux system. However, I could not find any location such as /etc/shadows or /etc/passwd in my system. Also, I tried this /home/yourusername/.gnome2/keyrings but could not find this location too. Can someone help me with this? Thanks in advance.
