Well, thank you in advance for your help.
The problem with linux mint " i'm using the latest version" , is due to an error in the freezing of the screen and the only way to fix it is by turning off all the equipment in a forced manner.
I do not want to go back to windows :'V,

What is your computer brand and model.? Are you running the Live LM 19 USB/DVD or an already installed LM 19.?
