can't change wallpaper

can't change wallpaper

I just install 19 = fine .. added a new user as admin and now cant change wall paper of 2nd user it is no longer an option when i right click ???

Which desktop-environment of Mint - please report back the output of inxi -Fxz run in a terminal from your primary users account. Copy the content from the terminal and paste between [code][/code] tags in your reply.

What steps did you take to add the new user? Can that account access the backgrounds GUI via the menu (it's called Backgrounds in Cinnamon).
