It appears that I cannot access your websit to download the user manual. Firefox will not allow it.

Seems to affect only the www subdomain. Use this link instead: https://linuxmint.com

edit: existing thread, seems it's a DNS issue, just disconnecting and re-connecting your connection should be enough, see here: viewtopic.php?p=1552172#p1552172

yeah - it's an known Sucuri CDN end, issue - ETA is still unknown

NB: not all areas / continents are affected, it seems.

Solved . I rolled back with timeshift ,and its fixed.
