<SOLVED> placing Computer and Home shortcuts on taskbar

<SOLVED> placing Computer and Home shortcuts on taskbar

is there a simple way to place shortcuts to the Computer and Home Folder locations to the taskbar? i've been able to move other shortcuts from main menu but Computer and Home Folder won't move. any ideas?

Perhaps it is a limitation of the mintMenu as I do not share this problem.

Try adding the gnome main menu temporarily (right-click panel -> add to panel). Drag and drop the Computer and Home icons to the gnome-panel.

Right click on Panel, Add to Panel, whatever you want...
