how hard is it to set up an internal m2 SSD as a ram drive for boot up assist.

what are the steps

No I don't want the OS natively on a SSD.

'...SSD as a ram drive...' A block device can't be used as RAM because there's no address-bus connection to an SSD. Your goal is impossibly difficult to achieve.
