What Software Manager offers is the XnViewMP flatpak. Unless I am mistaken, this is maintained by Flathub, not XnView.

XnViewMP is available as a DEB that can be downloaded from https://www.xnview.com/en/.

It is also available as an official AppImage that can be downloaded from https://download.xnview.com/
