WiFi Connection

Hello, today I install Linux MInt 19.1 Cinamon and i have a problem with wifi connection.

My wifi card is RT3290

I am nawbie in Linux systems. I try few instructions from internet but it's not work for me.

I tried sudo apt-get install firmware-b43-installer, but not working :/

Have you tried using the FN keyboard combo to see if it will enable wifi?

but, when I define for example F3 - like in this tut, only Soft change yes/not. Hard is all time yes and a can't change it

Secure Boot isn't the issue, it is the BIOS reporting that the wifi is hard blocked. You could try going into BIOS and reset to defaults and see if that fixes it

I had Win + Linux Mint 18.3 installed on the old hard drive and wifi worked. A few days ago I changed the drive and installed Mint 19.1 and I have this problem. Now on the new drive I installed Mint 18.3 and the problem is the same. So I think that my Wirelles card is working good, but some settings/controllers or whatever not working well and I can not deal with it. Can someone help me?
