No sound over HDMI, laptop hybrid graphics Intel Nvidia

Hi,

I am completely new to linux (switching from Windows) and I have just installed Linux Mint 19.2 on it (dual boot with Windows 10). Only problem that I really can not solve by myself is this:
I can not get sound through HDMI on my monitor LG 29um69g (this works on Windows), sound is playing through laptop speakers but video is nicely displayed on external monitor.
I have already tried with Kernel 5.0.0-23 and also with nvidia390 drivers. Alsamixer also does not show any other card or anthying that would be muted.
I hope that someone can help me with this so I can finally leave Windows for good...
