19.2 Cinnamon Red Border on Welcome Window
I just upgraded from 19.0 to 19.2 and the Welcome window has a red border. I tried changing themes, but it is still has the red border.
Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it?

Sorry I can't help you but it's good to know that I'm not the only one with this problem.
I'm running 19.1 Cinnamon and the red border started appearing after I installed a new theme. However, it doesn't appear every time.
I'm very interested to see if someone has an answer here.

It went away for awhile, but now is is back.

FWIW, not universal. I installed Cinn 19.2 in VirtualBox last night. No red border on the Welcome screen.

I also get the border on a few apps. I am on 19.2 Mate.
Have not found out why or how to get rid of it.
