Hello,
I installed visualboyadvance from the Software Manager, but it isn't showing up in any searches. I found a file for it in /usr/bin but I cannot execute it as I "don't have the right permissions". I tried to change the permissions but I cannot as I'm "Not the owner". Does anyone have a solution? I just wanna play Pokemon . Thanks in advance!

Re: VisualBoyAdvance not installed properly?

Re: VisualBoyAdvance not installed properly?
Did you tell it what game ROM you wanted to play? Usually you would have to specify that as part of the command as I don't think this program has a GUI.

Maybe something like:
Obviously you would replace
Code: Select all
visualboyadvance game.zip
game.zip
with the actual filename of the ROM file that you want to play.Running Mint 19.3 Cinnamon on an Intel NUC8i5BEH with 16GB RAM and 500GB SSD
