PrimoCache Alternative

Post by unskilledbuild » Tue Oct 08, 2019 5:19 pm

There's a program called Primo Cache that I used on windows 10 that greatly improved my SSD speeds. I am trying to find such a program for linux mint. I've heard of bcache, but I think it's for using a SSD as a cache drive (which isn't what I want).

Do you guys know of a program/way to adjust SSD (or hdd) read/write memory cache for a mint machine?

I'd love it to be wrapped in a GUI, but I'll take command line if that's all there is.

Thanks, You guys are the best,
