I follow instructions, https://easylinuxtipsproject.blogspot.c ... t.html#ID8
that remove Asian fonts. I use Linux Mint Cinnamon 19.3.
Why is there registering documents and removed doc-base file if the command only removes fonts?
Code: Select all
Removing fonts-tlwg-waree (1:0.6.4-2) ...
Removing fonts-tlwg-waree-ttf (1:0.6.4-2) ...
Processing triggers for fontconfig (2.12.6-0ubuntu2) ...
Processing triggers for doc-base (0.10.8) ...
Processing 1 removed doc-base file...
Registering documents with scrollkeeper...
What does it mean?

Just ignore those.
Linux has a manual system, every package comes with a "man page" entry that gets saved into /usr/share/man or some other similar directory. These will allow you to access information about these packages from the terminal by typing "man ..." but usually people don't use these.
