how to install chromium in linux mint 20

i can't install chromium in my linux mint. first i download from software manager but i can't open it. please help me to install chromium .

Indeed - as outlined by the linked article chromium-browser on Mint 20 is a dummy package. The article includes a link which outlined why. You need to read the whole article, digest the content, make a decision about which 3rd party route you want to go to install chromium and then follow the relevant instructions.

I Install It with these command.

apt remove --purge chromium-browser
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:saiarcot895/chromium-beta
apt update
apt install chromium-brows

Can I rely on this third party software?

I used that PPA for about a year without problems.

Brave browser is based off chromium, I installed it without an issue using the instructions on the Brave website, might be another option.

Vivaldi is also a chrome (or chromium?) based browser and available in the software centre

I installed chromium in LM20 from buster using the link already posted https://linuxmint-user-guide.readthedoc ... omium.html worked without problems.
