[SOLVED] PC recently Slow and Sticky to Open Files / Apps: Help?

Does Anything Here explain why all my files are very slow to open?

Possibly because it appears that you haven't installed the driver for your NVIDIA graphics card. Go to Driver Manager and see if it recommends a driver.
