screen blanking

screen blanking

Hi, Just wondered if anyones had this problem? been using mint V20.1 all set the same for over a year now and its recently started to blank the screen after about 20-25 mins of no use all the settings are set to 'Never' its only just recently started everything comes back as soon as I use the touch pad (I'm using a Lenovo X220 Laptop) any suggestions greatly appreciated

I think I sorted the problem, I just reselected all and clicked Never selection and so far its stopped going off obviously something got confused somewhere

I was wrong its started again today as soon as its left for around 30 mins the screen blanks but all settings are set to never

It might be related to your graphics driver. Please give us information about your install by entering this command in a terminal: inxi -Fxxxrz
Click </> from the mini toolbar above the textbox where you type your reply and then place your cursor between the code markers and paste the results of the command between the code markers [code]Results[/code]. This will let us know how Mint sees your hardware.
