I've ran into a recurring issue with linux mint 20 in particular, both on my pc and my laptop, the sensitivity and acceleration sliders in settings do nothing. I've already looked up how to change sensitivity in the terminal with xinput but my trackpad doesn't seem to show up there. I'm at a loss for what to do next.
I know this is a kind of minor question but it's annoying.
