Hello, I currently run Linux Mint 20 (MATE) on my Dell XPS 15 9500. This is with a dual boot with Windows 10 on a separate SSD.
My laptop occasionally freezes, and it's not even when it's doing heavy loads/work. I tried to turn off Panel Self Refresh on the Intel Graphics Manager, but it didn't seem to help.
I also checked my system reports and there doesn't seem to be any system or crash reports.

Please generate an overview of your system like this:
- Launch a terminal window (this is how to launch a terminal window);
- Make the terminal window full screen, to avoid chopped lines;
- Copy/paste this command into the terminal:
(if you type: the letter F is a capital letter, and don't omit the space after inxi!)
Press Enter.
Copy/paste the output in your next message.

Re: Screen Occasionally Freezes
I just installed the latest 5.8 kernel as recommended in the post linked above. I will update on if it solves the problem.
