I jusst install a command line tool for search and reading the Bible in Greek, by using the following:

the problem is tha now the font output does not seems right:
how can we fix this?

That looks to be a known issue: https://github.com/LukeSmithxyz/grb/issues/1
Try downloading the font there https://www.sbl-site.org/Fonts/SBL_BLit.ttf (right-click, save link as). After downloading double-click the font file in your file manager to open the font viewer. Here you will find an install button. Click that to install the font for your user.
Then open a new terminal session and try the command again. If it doesn't improve edit your terminal profile and set this SBL font as the custom font to use on the terminal.
