I have linux mint xfce and I want my pc to turn off automatically but it asks me for the password. How can I disable that so the pc turns off by itself?

Hibernation is turned off by default in Linux Mint. There are methods to enable it. Which one did you use? That might give us a clue as to why you are seeing this screen.
