[SOLVED]:Reminder or Notification application

Post by dbmatre »

Hello friends,
I'm looking for an application that will kind of send desktop notification or reminders let's say every 30 min or specified interval of time( I want to take break from work and do some stretch exercises) when I'm working on laptop. I've checked clock applications but those have set time based notification and not recurring ones every 30 min or specified time.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Here's my recommendation: Workrave is exactly the right solution for many people. It can even suggest specific stretch exercises if you want it to.
It helped me recover from a tennis elbow.

It's in the repos, so you can install it from the Software Manager easily.
