Firefox keep on crashing when i try to open gmail

Hi i am new in linux world i am using linux mint 19.3 in an old laptop of dell which is 32 bit. My firefox browser is keep on crashing when i try to open gmail. i uninstalled thunderbird because it was heavy software and quit hard to use please help me. How to get rid of this firefox problem this same problem was happening in zorin lite os too and just because that i change my os and shift to linux mint but still i am facing same problem.
