[SOLVED] How stop slideshow

[SOLVED] How stop slideshow
Ok, I'm stumped. No matter what I do I have a bg slideshow running. I changed setting in the backgrounds:
and there are none highlighted or chosen in the actual bg folders:
so what's my next chooice?

Have just checked on my LM 19.3 Cinnamon. The same settings here. No wallpaper slideshow going on here. The selected wallpaper image is "sticky".
No idea why this may be different on your system.

Ok, I got it - I was running Variey and it creates slideshows. D'oh!
