sound SOLVED

Post by FrankVanDooren »

Just made the step from Windows10 to LM. My question: On window i set my sound volume at 26% and hear everything loud and clear. However, on LM i have to bump it up to 80/90% to hear anything. Why is that ? all my sound drivers are installed acc to LM so where's the problem ?

At Terminal, type alsamixer.
Set Master Volume (and others if necessary) to higher level.
