Cordless Mouse Battery Status

Postby Elthium » Thu Nov 19, 2009 1:10 am

Just installed Mint 8 and having a play with it. When it first booted I noticed a small icon in the bottom right hand corner that showed the % of charge left in my Logitech cordless mouse battery. After changing the batteries the icon has disappeared. I've looked every where that I can think of but no idea where I can find it.

It's no biggie but a nice feature to have if someone can point me in the right direction.

With 7 I used to have issues with cds and dvds not mounting unless I rebooted but seems to have been fixed in 8.

Keep up the good work on the best OS on the planet.

Is that just for Logitech mice or will it work with my Microsoft wireless (battery operated) mouse?

I'm at work at the moment so can't try it out.
