Ethernet not appearing <Solved>

Post by Piranhamaster »

I am new to Linux. I have plugged an Ethernet cable into both my pc and my router. Nothing has changed from before I plugged in the cable. Any advice on what I could do next?

Also I should add this is a new built system and is not dual boot. Thanks in advance for your help.

Suggest you open Update Manager -> View -> Linux Kernels and Select 5.13 from the left column and the top kernel in the right column then press install. When it's done, REBOOT and see if ethernet is working.
