What does the blue updater tray icon mean?

Post by argail »

Hi,

I'm on Linux Mint 20 Cinnamon and today the tray icon of the Mint update GUI turned blue with a little white X in it. Does anybody know what that means?

Cheers,
argail

Did this situation clear up?

The tray icon for Mint Update in LM20 is a black and white shield that gets a red dot when there are updates. Did you do some customizations that might have turned it blue?
