Although I havent custom settings in use, there are no other effects

I tested the options I have. I can see the differences between None, Traditional, and Fly when minimizing windows. Howver, I have a much older (and slower) computer than yours. I do not know if that makes the changes more noticeable.

I have tested every single effect style
There are no differences
The window always opens and closes instantly with no animation
I have no idea what I could do because nobody seems to have had the same issue like me before

I fixed the issue
I just found out that I have been in the software rendering mode the whole time
