Re: libreoffice?
An update to what? You have not mentioned which Mint version you are running.

Re: libreoffice?
I’m running the most recent version of mint. When I said update I meant to libre office. But since you questioned that I assume that is not the case.

Re: libreoffice?
I appears you don't know it comes in three variants, all versions are 21.
Cinnamon, MATE, Xfce, that's the question.
And No, I've never had a problem with LibreOffice 7.3.5.2 not working and over the past week probably installed more than 6 installations of Cinnamon 21.

Open the file manager and make hidden files visible (ctrl-h). Go into the folder

.config
and rename the sub folder libreoffice to libreoffice.renamed. launch LO.Re: libreoffice?
I think I figured out the problem. I’ve been installing on a usb hub and I think it has a loose wire. I figured this out when Firefox, after the last install, wouldn’t start. And before that libre calc didn’t work properly until I reinstalled. I’m reinstalling again now connected directly to the computer so we will see.
