vsynctester.com question

I am using Linux Mint 21 Cinnamon with updated system, please i would like to know why it keeps showing blue and red "VSYNC" word?
In Linux Mint 20.3 Cinnamon, it keeps showing grey "VSYNC" word.
In Linux Mint 21 XFCE, it keeps showing grey "VSYNC" word.
