How to stop the End-Of-Life notifications?

I'm still using Linux Mint 19, and recently started getting notifications that it will reach EOL soon.

Is there a way of having them stop appearing?? I'm aware of the issue and plan to upgrade later, but the constant notifications are annoying.

Try this. Launch Notifications and disable all notifications.

That program is call System Reports, you can uncheck that in the Startup programs listing.

zcot's suggestion is close to that. Very little of significance comes in through System Reports, especially this late in the LM19 cycle.
