Hello everyone,
I just installed Linux Mint 21.1 after seeing how many users speak well of it. Indeed it is true; the system is definitely fast and practical but after searching for a long time for a way to use zoom with my touchpad I realized that it is not easily possible to set up this gesture. How can I easily change the operating system if I already realize at the very beginning that a trivial feature like this is missing?
How incredible is? 2023 Pinch Zoom in/out still not present on Mint by default.

Not "incredible" at all, considering that...

OP sounds more like trolling than sincerely asking for help or writing feature request. There is also a distorted worldview here, thinking functionalities that are easy to use to users are more "trivial" to developers. No, this is WRONG. Things that are easy to use are HARDER to implement. If one want the multi-touch gesture be easier to enable or function more universally (than for example installing + configuring https://github.com/JoseExposito/touchegg), it takes time and effort and cooperation of multiple parties.
If the majority of Mint developers are not using laptop touchpad and without one available because they are not running laptops, then the integration test will be even harder.
