Kernel panic at Shut down?

Hello. Please, can any body say why this happened once at moment of shut down PC?

error while loading shared libraries libgpg-error.so cannot open shared object file no such file
but i have

/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgpg-error.so.0.32.1
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgpg-error.so.0
so what this was?

I have this exact problem at shutdown after upgrading to 21.1
Active Distros in my computers: LM21.1 (Mate,Xfce); MXLinux (Xfce)

Have you tried :

apt install --reinstall libgpg-error
Ryzen x1800 Asus Prime x370-Pro 32 gigs Ram RX480 graphics

- List your hardware Profile: inxi -Fxpmrz

I think I have seen this happen before with LM21.x .
