Off! Auto Max Window Drag To Edge Move to Edge

1.Replace Windows w/ Linux we tell n00bs.
Then Linux forks (still) go OUT of their own way to sabotage that effort.

2. What **** did NOT include
Maximize Window (move/drag) to edge (off!!!)
within
3.
Window Preferences
(just type Window at LM start)
Linux Mint 21.1 (mate)

4. If "tiling" is the term, it has no real world merit to the actions at hand.
AND
should (not) be under the 2nd tab.
(I'm mainly posting to make others' lives easier)

5. a HINT button
for extra ideas would save new users so much stress:
ie:
Alt+F10 toggles between the "maximized" and "restored" states.

6. the ? Help
button blends in so much,
that a yellow border would help stressed folks see it

7. Even when we kvetch,
Mint still rocks over the other distros.... even if some bonehead removes GIMP
(wry grin)
