Reinstall GRUB

How do I reinstall GRUB after a Windows install? I tried using the LiveCD but when I pop in the CD and type
there's nothing there.

Which version of Mint are you using?

Mint 8 x64. I just did a reinstall and am about to dualboot windows 7 which means that M$ is most surely going to mess things up again. I'll need to reinstall grub to get things working like before.
