HI friend, I'm maty1206, Spanish forum moderator.
Let me help you and explain you how to "update" light version to full edition
Light edition does not has the codecs and private software for playing private formats in multimedia stuff.
So, if you want to get them, you should visit "Software portal" .
This is the package:
http://www.linuxmint.com/software/?sec=item&id=50
Description:
This is for Light Edition users. Adds codecs and firefox plugins to transform a Light Edition into a Full Edition. Contains Java, Flash, DVD and mp3 support, Win32 codecs...etc.

Code: Select all

Have a nice day.
PS: If you could get full support, please advice me.
Cheers
