Welcome to Linux Mint!

Almost any Linux distribution can be used to set up a web server, however, a web server is altogether a different beast. Before diving in, you will need to make it secure, following SELinux or EnGardeLinux.org examples and tweaking with some complex policy settings. Linux Mint is not much different from Ubuntu, so you can get started with the following tutorial http://net.tutsplus.com/tutorials/php/h ... -for-free/.

You do not give enough information to answer your question, however look at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ApacheMySQLPHP and/or search the tutorials forum.

Hi PomPom,

I've already tried the UBUNTU SERVER EDITION i have the 9.10 version but not luck i got stuck in "sudo aptitude update && sudo aptitude dist-upgrade" because it cant detect my Network Card. So im trying LINUX MINT if it can do the work.

As has already been stated, any distribution can do what you want if you install the right software and configure it right. You simply need to follow the tutorials. However there is a difference between a webserver that works and a webserver that works and is secure. I can set up a working web server very quickly, but it won't be secure.
