Re: KDE + ndiswrapper gui + rolling release + Mint = My drea
Why can't you just install LMDE then KDE on top?
[Edit] your original post and add [SOLVED] once your question is resolved.

Och i would love to do that, but Ndiswrapper is broken in LMDE for me. I can use it in mint 9, 10 and 12 but not in LMDE.
Thank you GNU ppl

OK - so this forum is for "Newbie Questions". What exactly is your question, because you haven't actually asked one yet.
Is it - please will someone build a version of Mint especially for me because I'm special and deserve it?
Or is it - NdisWrapper doesn't work on my install of Mint LMDE, here is my hardware configuration, the outputs of the various commands you might ask for, can someone please help me to get this working?
I'm not trying to be obnoxious here - but.....

If you want to run LMDE and get ndiswrapper to work, have a look here;-
https://bugs.launchpad.net/linuxmint/+bug/636797
There is a known bug with ndiswrapper in Mint LMDE, but this workaround should enable you to get it working. Then you can add the KDE desktop onto LMDE and use that.
