Move items in Start Menu

Post by hooff73 »

I would like to move OpenOffice.org Drawing from "Graphics" to "Office" within Linux Mint 10. How can I do this?

If you have a Control Center in LM 10, open that, else open Preferences. Then open Main Menu. Here you can edit the Main Menu. You can drag LibreOffice draw to another category there.

Hi. I'm on Mint 17.3 and i don't see any "Main menu" item in the control center. Also nothing appears when I type "Menu" in the menu search bar.

Okay I found it !
Go to Control Center > Applets > Menu > Configure > Open the Menu Editor

Don't install Alacarte ! (same editor but old and not working well on Mint 17.3)
