Post Linux mint 11 installtion Win 7 doesnt boot

Post by sagarchandratrey »

I installed Linux Mint 11 on a friends laptop which already had win 7...there was an empty NTFS partition which i converted into an ext4 partition while installing Mint 11.GRUB did show up the Win 7 entry. But when I highlight it and hit ENTER it tried to boot win7 for a second but returns me back to the same GRUB screen where I can choose which OS to boot in..Mint 11 boots fine.

Highly appreciate any help resolving this issue.
