[SOLVED] No sound in live session of Linux Mint LXDE 11

Post by Alonzo_Harris »

Hi,
I'm testing out a Linux Mint LXDE 11 (live session from installation CD), but I'm not getting any sound. I already checked the GNOME ALSA mixer and the master volume isn't muted, neither is Master M or PCM. The other options were muted by default but I tried un-muting those too and still no dice. Everything else works great!! It's a waayy better than my other distro (Ubuntu Lucid Lynx). I just need to figure out this sound issue.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Never-mind. I created a Linux Mint Live USB stick and now audio works.
