How can I enable ubuntu's software center's paid software?

How can I enable ubuntu's software center's paid software?

Hey. I saw some old tutorial on how to do this in mint 10, but that doesn't work in mint 11.
Any idea on how to fix this so I can purchase the software that are for sale in ubuntu's software center?
